Each person is on a journey with arthritis that is unique to them, so we support people in finding the best path for them. We are not clinicians and do not give medical advice, but we do try to offer activities that support clinical guidelines to reduce pain and improve mobility on a daily basis.
There are often long periods of time between clinical appointments or treatments, without guidance or support. Our aim is to bridge the gap and offer ways to minimise the impact arthritis has on your daily life through four key areas: exercise, nutrition, pain management and mindfulness. We believe self care is a vital way to maintain a healthy life as well as enabling you to take control over your condition on a daily basis.

Using a combination of exercise, healthy eating, pain management and mindfulness techniques, we help people living with arthritis to develop self-care strategies.
Our adapted exercise and yoga sessions help reduce pain on movement and improve mobility. They are suitable for everyone, regardless of mobility or experience, and can be adapted to your needs.
Hydrotherapy is the perfect tool for recovery after surgery, or to maintain healthy joints.
Our Living with Arthritis workshops cover all four key areas and help people to develop self-care strategies that work for them.
We offer IT sessions to help people feel less isolated by technology, and help them to a better understanding of technology in everyday life.
Social events are an essential part of the charity, offering people the chance to build friendships and share experiences, as well as helping isolated members of the community.
