Arthritis is a life-limiting condition and can take a toll both physically and mentally. Our workshops are designed to provide you with a framework to better manage your condition. Each workshop has four sessions covering exercise, nutrition, pain management and mindfulness. Each area gives you information, guidance and techniques to improve how you deal with that aspect of your life. There is no easy solution to managing your condition, but the workshop is intended to start a journey that will allow you to find techniques and activities you can use on a daily basis to find your solution.
