Children with arthritis often struggle to take part in activities with other children, so we run events throughout the year where they can interact with others in a similar position. It is also rewarding for the parents to meet other parents with the same obstacles and issues to face. Sometime the children of parents who have arthritis are not able to take part in activities too, so these events allow them some release and their parents some respite. Our activities have included theatre trips, bowling, trampolining, a trip to Legoland and football coaching sessions. We do not charge for any of these events and rely heavily on donations and charitable grants to provide them.
If you have a child with arthritis, or if you are unable to do activities with your child because you have arthritis, please contact us to find out how to take part in one of our events. If you would like to make a donation to support these activities, please click on the donate button at the top of the page.
